This pencil portrait of ex NBA legend 'Michael Jordan' Is the first of a series of portraits for a design module on my Illustration degree. This is actually a draft sketch, the final portrait will be comprised of a different or possibly mixed media. This portrait was drawn with a technical pencil then after that I simply put the illustration into an Iphone app (similar to Instagram) to give it some extra clarity, tone and a border. Portrait subject to come will include the late journalist Dr Hunter S Thompson, Steve Jobs, Robert De Niro, Arnold Schwazenegger, and Tupac Shakur...watch this space.
