Rare pastel Illustartion (rare in the sence that I rarely ever use pastels) but I had them sitting amoungst a pile of equally wasted art materials and thought, why not. All things considered not a bad result. The purpose of the Illustration was for the penguin book Illustration prize. The task was to come up with a design for the new edition of the Ken Kessey novel 'One Flew over the cuckoos nest.
